- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine GF flour, baking soda, sugar, & salt in a medium-large bowl.
- Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Melt butter in the microwave.
- Add milk, vinegar, and butter to the dry mixture, stir until batter is evenly mixed.
- place a piece of parchment paper on your working surface and sprinkle more gluten-free flour on the parchment paper.
- Roll the dough in the flour and flatten (about 1/2 inch thick).
- Line with parchment paper or grease a large oven bake pan.
- Punch out little circles (a glass with 2 - 2.5" diameter works well) and place on the prepared pan.)
- Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes depending on thickness.
