Ingredients
  • 2+ +Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2+ Cream Cheese
  • no-salt seasoning to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 24 large jalapenos, deseeded and sliced in half
  • For the Breading
  • 1/4-1/2 Egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp 1-2 Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
  • Salt and no-salt seasoning to taste
Instructions
  1. Evenly mix cream cheese and mozzarella in mixing bowl
  2. Flatten ⅛ cup amount of mixture into half of a jalapeno
  3. Pour egg whites into a small/medium bowl.
  4. Combine parmesan, coconut flour and seasonings in a bowl. Stir for a few seconds.
  5. Dip popper in egg whites then roll it in the breading mixture.
  6. Repeat for each popper
  7. Broil on low until golden on top (or broil on high for more raw (and spicier) peppers).
