Ingredients
    Pizza Crust
  • 1 Cup Vital Wheat Gluten
  • 1 Cup Quest® plain protein powder (multi-purpose mix)
  • 1 tsp Acacia Gum
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 2 Cups Water
  • dash Salt
Instructions
  1. Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in the wet ingredients and mix well. It’s okay if there are some clumps.
  3. Pour and Spread: Pour half of the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza pan. Use a spatula to spread it evenly to your desired pizza size.
  4. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  5. Bake: Bake at 415°F for about 5 minutes, or until the edges begin to turn golden.
  6. Top and Enjoy: Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings. Bake again until toppings have been cooked to fit your desires
