Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Levels® Plain Protein Powder
  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1 Cup Parmesan
  • 1/2 Cup Psyllium Husk
  • 1/2 Cup Lupin Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 tsp xanthan Gum
  • 1/2 tsp acacia gum
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tbsp Yeast
  • 1/4 Cup Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Vinegar
  • 2 Cups Warm water

    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Mix until thoroughly incorporated.

    Add the vinegar and water to the dry ingredients; stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

    Line an air-bake pan with parchment paper; scoop roll sized amounts of dough onto lined pan.

    Bake at 350 F. for about 10-15 minutes until golden on top or an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
