Ingredients
  • 2.5 Cups Namaste® Gluten-Free Perfect Flour Blend
  • 1.5 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Cream of Tartar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Medium/Large Eggs
  • 4 Tbsp Melted Butter or oil
  • 2.5 Cups Milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the Waffle Maker: Heat up your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  3. Combine the Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Mix the Batter: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. The batter might be slightly lumpy, and that’s fine. Avoid overmixing.
