Instructions

  • Prepare the Vanilla Cream
  • In a bowl whisk together:

  • Greek yogurt
  • honey
  • vanilla extract
  • Whip lightly until smooth and airy.
  • Prepare the Fruit
  • Slice bananas and strawberries.
  • Set aside berries for layering.
  • Assemble the Parfaits
  • In clear dessert glasses layer the ingredients:

  • Banana slices
  • Mixed berries
  • Crunch layer (toasted coconut or granola)
  • Repeat layers until glasses are full.
  • Chill (Optional)
  • Refrigerate parfaits 15–20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Garnish
