Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla; full-fat for creaminess
  • 1 large ripe banana sliced
  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen & thawed — blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries
  • ½ cup granola preferably with nuts & seeds
  • 1 –2 tbsp honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional, for deeper flavor
  • ✨ Optional Golden Boosts:
  • A pinch of cinnamon or cardamom
  • A drizzle of peanut butter or almond butter
  • A sprinkle of hemp seeds flaxseed, or coconut flakes

Instructions

Prep Your Ingredients:

  • Wash and pat dry your berries. Slice the banana. If using frozen berries, thaw and drain them gently.
  • In a bowl, stir Greek yogurt with honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon if using.

Assemble the Parfait (Use glasses, jars, or a bowl)

  • Layer 1: Spoon 2–3 tbsp of sweetened yogurt into the bottom.
  • Layer 2: Add a few banana slices and a handful of mixed berries.
  • Layer 3: Sprinkle some granola and chia seeds.
  • Repeat layers until your glass is full, ending with a pretty top of berries and a final drizzle of honey or nut butter.

Top it Off! Garnish With:

  • A banana slice or two
  • A few extra berries
  • A sprinkle of granola
  • Optional: drizzle of honey or nut butter

Chill (optional)

  • Let it sit for 10–15 minutes if you like the granola slightly softened — or eat right away for a crunchy bite.

Notes

Tips
Want it extra decadent? Add a spoonful of vanilla protein powder to the yogurt.
For a vegan version: Use coconut or almond-based yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey.
Meal prepping? Assemble in jars, but keep granola separate until ready to eat.
