Instructions
Prep Your Ingredients:
Wash and pat dry your berries. Slice the banana. If using frozen berries, thaw and drain them gently.
In a bowl, stir Greek yogurt with honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon if using.
Assemble the Parfait (Use glasses, jars, or a bowl)
Layer 1: Spoon 2–3 tbsp of sweetened yogurt into the bottom.
Layer 2: Add a few banana slices and a handful of mixed berries.
Layer 3: Sprinkle some granola and chia seeds.
Repeat layers until your glass is full, ending with a pretty top of berries and a final drizzle of honey or nut butter.
Top it Off! Garnish With:
A banana slice or two
A few extra berries
A sprinkle of granola
Optional: drizzle of honey or nut butter
Chill (optional)
Let it sit for 10–15 minutes if you like the granola slightly softened — or eat right away for a crunchy bite.
