Lemonade Base
1cupfresh lemon juice
3cupscold water or sparkling water
3–4 tbsp honeyallulose, or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions
Prepare Botanical Ice Cubes
Place one pansy flower into each compartment of an ice cube tray.
Fill halfway with water and freeze 2 hours.
Once partially frozen, add more water to fully cover the flowers and freeze another 2–4 hours.
(This two-step freezing helps suspend the flowers clearly inside the cubes.)
Prepare Lemonade
In a pitcher combine:
fresh lemon juice
sweetener
Stir until dissolved.
Add cold water or sparkling water and mix gently.
Assemble Drinks
Fill glasses with the pansy floral ice cubes.
