Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk Powder
  • 1 Cup Powdered Erythritol
  • 1 tsp Stevia adjust as needed
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 Cup coconut Oil adjust to your desired consistency

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mix together cocoa powder, stevia, salt, coconut milk powder, & powdered erythritol. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl melt 1/2 Cup coconut oil. Add vanilla extract to this bowl.
  • Pour melted Coconut oil into the prepared dry ingredients.
  • Whisk thoroughly until all ingredients are well blended. If a thinner consistency is needed, add more melted coconut oil 1 Tbsp at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Mix in coconut, dried fruit, nuts, etc. if desired.
  • Spoon or pour chocolate into molds. Allow to set for a few minutes*, then place in refrigerator or freezer until solidified.
  • *Optionally, garnish with your favorite toppings before placing in the refrigerator / freezer.
