Dark Chocolate Reishi Autumn Truffles

These luxurious autumn truffles combine rich dark chocolate with earthy reishi mushroom powder, creating a deep, complex flavor that feels perfectly suited to fall evenings. The smooth chocolate ganache is infused with warm vanilla and a hint of cinnamon, while the subtle bitterness of reishi adds depth that pairs beautifully with dark cocoa.
Finished with a delicate dusting of cocoa powder and optional edible gold flakes, these truffles offer an elegant, jewel-like presentation perfect for autumn gatherings or refined dessert tables.
Reishi contributes a distinctive earthy character that enhances the richness of dark chocolate while allowing the sweetness of the ganache to remain balanced.
