almond butter
no sugar added

unsweetened

powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener

vanilla extract

sea salt

melted coconut oil
or butter for extra richness
1/4
Cup
crushed almonds
for rolling
Espresso(s)
for Serving
Instructions
In a bowl, mix almond butter, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, salt, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
Roll into small balls (~1 inch each).
Roll truffles in crushed almonds for texture.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
