Ingredients

For the Skewers:

  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup watermelon balls or cubes
  • 10 fresh mint leaves optional for garnish
  • 10 wooden or bamboo skewers 6–8 inches long

For the Glaze:

  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint

Instructions

  • Prep the fruit: Wash all fruit thoroughly. Hull and halve the strawberries. Cut watermelon and pineapple into 1-inch cubes if not using pre-cut fruit.
  • Assemble skewers: Thread fruit onto skewers in a colorful, alternating pattern (e.g., strawberry, grape, pineapple, blueberry, watermelon). Each skewer should have about 5–6 pieces.
  • Make the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and chopped mint until well combined.
  • Drizzle or brush glaze (omit for Whole 30): Just before serving, drizzle or brush the honey-mint glaze lightly over the skewers.
  • Garnish (optional): Add a fresh mint leaf to the end of each skewer or sprinkle chopped mint over the top for extra elegance.
  • Serve chilled: Arrange skewers on a sleek platter lined with crushed ice or marble for a stunning presentation.
