Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and line a 9x5 loaf pan.
2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients
Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, yogurt, lemon juice, and zest.
4️⃣ Fold In Add-Ins
Stir in squeezed cucumber, feta, dill, and chives.
5️⃣ Combine
Gently fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
Do not overmix.
6️⃣ Bake
Transfer batter to loaf pan and smooth top.
Bake 50–60 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
If browning too quickly, tent with foil after 40 minutes.
7️⃣ Cool
Cool 10–15 minutes before removing from pan.
