Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients
Whisk flour, matcha, baking powder, and salt.
(Sift matcha to avoid clumps and ensure even color.)
3️⃣ Cream Butter & Sugar
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
4️⃣ Add Eggs
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
5️⃣ Combine
Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk.
Mix just until combined.
Fold in white chocolate chips.
6️⃣ Bake
Pour into prepared pan and smooth top.
Bake 50–55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
If browning too quickly, tent loosely with foil during last 15 minutes.
7️⃣ Cool
Cool 10–15 minutes in pan, then transfer to rack.
