Instructions
Bloom Gelatin:
Place 3 tbsp cold water in a small bowl.
Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the water and allow it to bloom 5 minutes.
Prepare Passion Fruit Base:

Warm gently over medium-low heat until just steaming.
