Instructions

  • Step 1: Make the Base
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together tahini, melted coconut oil, sweetener, spices, salt, and vanilla until smooth and glossy.
  • Stir in cacao nibs until evenly distributed.
  • Step 2: Pour & Spread
  • Line a small dish or baking sheet (≈ 8x8") with parchment paper.
  • Pour tahini mixture in and smooth evenly with spatula.
  • Step 3: Garnish & Chill
  • Sprinkle with chopped pistachios, rose petals, and extra cacao nibs.
  • Refrigerate 30–45 minutes until firm.
  • Slice into squares or shards. Keep chilled for best texture.
