This Creamy Artichoke Dip is perfect served with crackers as a treat during the Holiday Season or as an indulgent snack on any ordinary day!
- 3 Cups frozen spinach, crushed and boiled
- 2 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
- 1/2 Cup avocado mayonnaise
- 1 Cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp no-salt seasoning
- 1/4 white wine
- 2 (14 oz) cans artichoke hearts
- (optionally add (or replace spinach with) diced jalapenos as desired)
