Instructions
Prepare the Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and lightly flour a 9 × 5-inch loaf pan or a 9-inch round cake pan.
Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together:

Baking soda
Salt
Cinnamon
Ginger
Cloves
Nutmeg
Set aside.
Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together:
Honey
Granulated sugar
Brown sugar
Oil
Eggs
Vanilla
Coffee
Orange juice

Combine
