2CupsNamaste® Gluten-Free Flour
1/2tspBaking Soda
1/4CupGranulated Sugaror sugar alternative
dash Salt
2Tablespoonssalted butter
2TablespoonsVinegar
1Cupwhole milkor dairy free alternative
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine GF flour, baking soda, sugar, & salt in a medium-large bowl.
Mix until thoroughly combined.
Melt butter in the microwave.
Add milk, vinegar, and butter to the dry mixture, stir until batter is evenly mixed.
place a piece of parchment paper on your working surface and sprinkle more gluten-free flour on the parchment paper.
Roll the dough in the flour and flatten (about 1/2 inch thick).
Line with parchment paper or grease a large oven bake pan.
Punch out little circles (a glass with 2 – 2.5″ diameter works well) and place on the prepared pan.)
Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes depending on thickness.
