Ingredients
  • 2 Cups NamasteĀ® Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar (or sugar alternative)
  • dash Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
  • 1 Cup whole milk (or dairy free alternative)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine GF flour, baking soda, sugar, & salt in a medium-large bowl.
  3. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  4. Melt butter in the microwave.
  5. Add milk, vinegar, and butter to the dry mixture, stir until batter is evenly mixed.
  6. place a piece of parchment paper on your working surface and sprinkle more gluten-free flour on the parchment paper.
  7. Roll the dough in the flour and flatten (about 1/2 inch thick).
  8. Line with parchment paper or grease a large oven bake pan.
  9. Punch out little circles (a glass with 2 - 2.5" diameter works well) and place on the prepared pan.)
  10. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes depending on thickness.
