Greek Yogurt Parfaits
These layered Greek yogurt parfaits are as visually stunning as they are wholesome. Featuring creamy yogurt, fresh berries, and crunchy granola or nuts, they make a revitalizing treat or a classy brunch addition that’s full of protein, antioxidants, and balance.

- Prepare ingredients: Wash and dry berries. If desired, lightly sweeten yogurt with honey or syrup and stir to combine.
- Layer parfaits: In clear glasses or jars, layer as follows: 2 tbsp yogurt, 1–2 tbsp berries, 1 tbsp granola or nuts
- Repeat until glasses are full, finishing with a dollop of yogurt and a few berries on top.
- Garnish and serve: Drizzle with honey (if using), and top with a mint sprig or edible flower for presentation.
- Chill or serve immediately: Can be made an hour ahead and stored chilled until ready to serve.
