Iced Green Tea
This refreshing iced green tea is delicately infused with citrus and a touch of mint for a light, clean flavor. It’s the perfect antioxidant-rich drink for warm days, supporting hydration, clarity, and calm energy.

- Heat the water: Bring water to about 175°F–185°F (not boiling). Pour into a heatproof pitcher or teapot.
- Steep the tea: Add tea bags or loose tea (in an infuser). Steep for 5–7 minutes depending on desired strength. Remove tea bags or infuser.
- Sweeten (optional): Stir in honey or maple syrup while warm, if desired.
- Chill: Let the tea come to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold (about 20–30 minutes).
- Serve: Fill glasses with ice and lemon/lime slices. Pour in chilled green tea and garnish with fresh mint.
