- Evenly mix cream cheese and mozzarella in mixing bowl
- Flatten ⅛ cup amount of mixture into half of a jalapeno
- Pour egg whites into a small/medium bowl.
- Combine parmesan, coconut flour and seasonings in a bowl. Stir for a few seconds.
- Dip popper in egg whites then roll it in the breading mixture.
- Repeat for each popper
Broil on low until golden on top (or broil on high for more raw (and spicier) peppers).
