Ingredients
  • 3 3/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/8 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/8 cup Levels® Plain Protein Powder (Levels® Vanilla Protein Powder works too)
  • 1 tsp Konjac Flour
  • 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1 tsp Acacia Gum
  • 1/4 cup Salted Butter (melted)
  • 1 cup Cold Water
  • salt (to your liking)
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Place ingredients in a bowl

    In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.

    Add the wet ingredients and thoroughly mix using either a stand mixer or a sturdy spatula until well incorporated.

  3. Prepare Parchment Paper

    Prepare two sheets of parchment paper. Place a small handful of dough on the first sheet.

  4. Roll out the dough

    Cover the dough with the second sheet of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to roll it out as thinly as you like your chips/crackers.

  5. Spice it Up!

    Remove the top parchment sheet, and set it aside for future use.

    Sprinkle your choice of spices or seasonings onto the dough to your desired taste.

  6. Bake

    Place the dough (with the parchment paper beneath it) onto an oven-safe tray or baking sheet.

    Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until the edges start to turn a light brown color.

  7. Cut & Serve!

    Once out of the oven, use a pizza cutter or a knife to slice the pita chips into squares.

    Allow the chips to cool before serving. Enjoy them with your favorite cheese, dip, spread, or enjoy them on their own!
