Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 3 Cups frozen spinach, crushed and boiled
- 2 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
- 1/2 Cup avocado mayonnaise
- 1 Cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp no-salt seasoning
- 1/4 white wine
- 2 (14 oz) cans artichoke hearts
Instructions
- Place frozen spinach in a large saucepan and turn on heat to medium-high.
- Drain artichoke hearts (optional: chop in half and remove any tougher portions.) add into the saucepan.
- Add in all other ingredients and mix well.
- Heat dip until mozzarella is melted and everything is evenly combined.
