Spinach Artichoke Dip

This Creamy Artichoke Dip is perfect served with crackers as a treat during the Holiday Season or as an indulgent snack on any ordinary day!

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups frozen spinach, crushed and boiled
  • 2 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup avocado mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp no-salt seasoning
  • 1/4 white wine
  • 2 (14 oz) cans artichoke hearts

Instructions

  • Place frozen spinach in a large saucepan and turn on heat to medium-high.
  • Drain artichoke hearts (optional: chop in half and remove any tougher portions.) add into the saucepan.
  • Add in all other ingredients and mix well.
  • Heat dip until mozzarella is melted and everything is evenly combined.
