Cucumber Lime Electrolyte Slush
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 of Juice lime
- 1 drops 1–2 liquid stevia or monk fruit to taste
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup water or coconut water if not strictly keto
- Optional: Fresh mint leaves for an extra cooling touch
Instructions
- Add cucumber, lime juice, sweetener, sea salt, ice, and water (or coconut water) into a blender.
- Blend until the mixture becomes a smooth, icy slush.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as desired.
- Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with fresh mint if using.
