Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Namaste® Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar or sugar alternative
  • dash Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
  • 1 Cup whole milk or dairy free alternative

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Combine GF flour, baking soda, sugar, & salt in a medium-large bowl.
  • Mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Melt butter in the microwave.
  • Add milk, vinegar, and butter to the dry mixture, stir until batter is evenly mixed.
  • place a piece of parchment paper on your working surface and sprinkle more gluten-free flour on the parchment paper.
  • Roll the dough in the flour and flatten (about 1/2 inch thick).
  • Line with parchment paper or grease a large oven bake pan.
  • Punch out little circles (a glass with 2 – 2.5″ diameter works well) and place on the prepared pan.)
  • Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes depending on thickness.
