Muddle Flavor Base:
In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, gently muddle the fresh mint leaves with lime juice and 1–2 tablespoons of lychee syrup.
Add rosewater if using.
Blend (Optional for a Slushy Version):
Add lychees and cold water (or coconut water) to a blender and pulse until smooth.
Strain for a clearer drink, or leave pulpy for texture.
Shake or Stir:
Combine the muddled base with the lychee blend, add ice, and shake or stir well.
Top Off:
Pour into chilled glasses. Add sparkling water if desired for fizz.
Garnish & Serve:
Garnish with lychees, lime slices, mint sprigs, and rose petals for an elegant touch.
