Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana ripe
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt plain, full-fat for best benefits (can use coconut yogurt for Paleo-Friendly)
  • 3/4 Cup almond milk or water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional, enhances flavor
  • 4-5 ice cubes optional, for a refreshing texture
  • 1 Cup fresh spinach

Instructions

  • Add the spinach, banana, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Add cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ice cubes if desired. Blend again until creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
