- ½ cup granola preferably with nuts & seeds
- 1 –2 tbsp honey or maple syrup adjust to taste

- ✨ Optional Golden Boosts:
- A pinch of cinnamon or cardamom
- A drizzle of peanut butter or almond butter

Instructions
Prep Your Ingredients:
- Wash and pat dry your berries. Slice the banana. If using frozen berries, thaw and drain them gently.

Assemble the Parfait (Use glasses, jars, or a bowl)
- Layer 1: Spoon 2–3 tbsp of sweetened yogurt into the bottom.
- Layer 2: Add a few banana slices and a handful of mixed berries.
- Layer 3: Sprinkle some granola and chia seeds.
- Repeat layers until your glass is full, ending with a pretty top of berries and a final drizzle of honey or nut butter.
Top it Off! Garnish With:
- A banana slice or two
- A few extra berries
- A sprinkle of granola
- Optional: drizzle of honey or nut butter
Chill (optional)
- Let it sit for 10–15 minutes if you like the granola slightly softened — or eat right away for a crunchy bite.
