Deluxe Asian Crunch Salad
Ingredients
Salad Base:
- 3 Cups Cabbage shredded
- 1 Cup Carrots shredded
- 1 Bell Pepper sliced into thin strips
- 1 jalapeno minced
- 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 Green Onions chopped
- 1 Large Broccoli floret cut into small bits
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro optional
Dressing:
- 2 Tbso Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds optional
- Dash Stevia Drops
- Squeeze Fresh Lime Juice optional
Instructions
- Toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk dressing ingredients in a small cup or jar.
- Pour over salad, toss well.
- Let sit 5 minutes (this softens the cabbage just right).
