  • 1 teaspoon raw honey, coconut sugar, erythritol, or other sweetener optional, for natural sweetness
  • 1 pinch sea salt enhances chocolate flavor

Optional Toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon crushed cacao nibs for extra antioxidants
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt for a gourmet touch
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios or almonds for added crunch and healthy fats

Instructions

Melt the Chocolate:

  • Use a double boiler or microwave (in 20-second intervals, stirring between each) to melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil/cacao butter until smooth.

Infuse the Mint Flavor:

  • Stir in peppermint extract or finely chopped fresh mint leaves.
  • Mix well to evenly distribute the mint flavor.

Mold & Set:

Break & Serve:
