  • 3 tbsp allulose or honey adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest

Instructions

Blend the Base:

  • In a blender combine dragon fruit, coconut water, coconut cream, sweetener, lime juice, lime zest, & pinch of salt.
  • Blend until completely smooth.

Chill the Mixture:

  • Refrigerate the mixture 30 minutes to enhance flavor and improve freezing texture.

Freeze:

  • Ice Cream Maker Method: Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer instructions until smooth and frozen.
  • No Machine Method: Pour mixture into a shallow pan and freeze. Stir with a fork every 30–40 minutes for about 3 hours until a soft sorbet texture forms.
