Rise & Conquer Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 medium banana ripe
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt plain, full-fat for best benefits (can use coconut yogurt for Paleo-Friendly)
- 3/4 Cup almond milk or water
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon optional, supports blood sugar balance
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional, enhances flavor
- 4-5 ice cubes optional, for a refreshing texture
- 1 Cup fresh spinach
Instructions
- Add the spinach, banana, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Add cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ice cubes if desired. Blend again until creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
