Watermelon Tooth Polish
This refreshingly fruity, fluoride-free tooth polish blends the gentle sweetness of erythritol with watermelon extract and a touch of vegetable glycerin for a clean, smooth brushing experience. Naturally preserved with citric acid and stabilized with xanthan gum, it offers a safe, low-carb option for pregnancy and beyond — with zero mint, and all the glow.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Swerve® Confectioners Erythritol 96 g
- 1 tbsp baking soda 14 g
- 3 tbsp vegetable glycerin 45 g
- 1 tbsp water 15 g
- ¼ tsp xanthan gum 1 g
- ⅛ tsp citric acid 0.5 g
- ¼ tsp LorAnn Watermelon Flavoring 1 g
- ½ tsp vodka 2.5 g – for dissolving flavoring and natural preservation
Instructions
- Step One – Mix Dry Ingredients
- Whisk erythritol, baking soda, xanthan gum, and citric acid in a bowl until fully combined.
- Step Two – Prep Flavor Base
- In a small cup, dissolve LorAnn watermelon flavoring in vodka. Set aside.
- Step Three – Combine Liquids
- In a separate bowl, mix glycerin and water. Add the flavor/vodka mix and stir well.
- Step Four – Mix Together
- Add the dry mix into the wet gradually, stirring until a smooth paste forms. Adjust texture with a few drops of water or glycerin if too thick.
Notes
Transfer to a sterile container with a lid. Keep refrigerated for best freshness.
