Roasting transforms fresh grapes into tender, caramelized bites bursting with natural sweetness. Lightly glazed with honey, butter, and warm spices, these elegant roasted grapes make a beautiful accompaniment to roasted meats, artisan cheeses, yogurt, desserts, or freshly baked bread. In some Christian traditions, grapes symbolize God's abundant provision and are paired with freshly baked bread during occasions of blessing and thanksgiving.

Chef’s Notes
A combination of red and black grapes creates beautiful color and flavor.
Roasting concentrates the grapes’ natural sweetness while maintaining their juicy texture.
Leftover roasted grapes are delicious chilled or gently rewarmed.
Fresh rosemary may be substituted for thyme for a more savory flavor profile.
